Terms of Sale and Returns Policy

Polo Parts Online is dedicated to providing customers with safe, high-quality products that offer great value.

The items purchased from Polo Parts Online are designed for specific purposes, and customers are responsible for ensuring the products are handled, stored, installed, used, or maintained properly and in accordance with any instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Returns Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
  • Courier charges, whether for delivery to or collection from the customer, are non-refundable.
  • CV joints, shafts, and boots must be returned complete and free of grease.
  • Fuel pumps that have been installed are non-returnable.
  • Incorrectly supplied goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been partially or fully disassembled, modified, permanently installed, attached, combined with other products, or otherwise altered, except in cases where they are defective or returned within the applicable cooling-off period.
  • Items with packaging that has been opened, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted for return, unless the items are defective or returned during the cooling-off period.
  • Products returned in damaged or defaced packaging, including packaging with price stickers or courier labels, will not be accepted for a credit and will be sent back to the customer.
  • For safety reasons, electrical products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Similarly, lubricants and chemicals cannot be returned if their seals have been broken.
  • All returned items must be in a resalable condition unless the return relates to a product defect.
  • A reasonable restocking or repackaging fee may apply to returned goods.
  • Refunds may be delayed until the returned item has been fully inspected and tested.
  • Customers must adhere to manufacturer specifications and standards when using products purchased from Polo Parts Online.

Polo Parts Online will process returns related to product defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, but within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we may assist by sending the product to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer will determine whether the warranty claim is valid, based on their terms and conditions.

Products purchased on our website carry the manufacturer’s warranty for faults or defects.

If you wish to cancel your order or return an item, do not refuse delivery as this can cause delays. Instead, accept the order and log your return request on our website. Our team will arrange for courier collection. Once the courier delivers or attempts delivery, our responsibility ends.

Cooling-Off Period and Cancellations

Under Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA), individual customers (not corporate entities) have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

Customers will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the products. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
